When will I see the first version?

How much does it cost?
There is an initial build fee and optional yearly hosting/support. We quote after a short needs discussion.
Who owns my data?
You do. We provide data exports, backup policy, and GDPR compliance.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed in the bank’s secure environment or via Stripe. Card data never touches nor is stored on our servers. We support 3D Secure/SCA and PCI DSS Level 1 through Stripe.
Can I issue invoices/receipts?
Yes. We implement invoicing/receipt flows and connect to MyData where required, directly or via ERP (e.g., PRISMA Win, SoftOne). Setup follows your accountant’s guidance and billing policy.
What happens if a subscription expires or a charge fails?
We send automatic notifications, perform retry logic (dunning), and apply a grace period where defined. After successful payment, access is immediately restored according to the plan.
Is there a demo or trial?
We provide a demo/staging environment. We can enable a free trial or credits if it fits your business model. No long-term commitments are required unless you want them.
Where is the data hosted? What about backups?
Hosting is in EU data centers. We keep daily backups and provide data exports upon request. Your data always belongs to you.
Do you integrate with ERP/CRM or third-party services?
Absolutely. We implement REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and connectors to ERP/CRM, email/SMS gateways, etc., to automate your end-to-end flows.
