Can I issue invoices/receipts?

Yes. We implement invoicing/receipt flows and connect to MyData where required, directly or via ERP (e.g., PRISMA Win, SoftOne). Setup follows your accountant’s guidance and billing policy.

What happens if a subscription expires or a charge fails?

We send automatic notifications, perform retry logic (dunning), and apply a grace period where defined. After successful payment, access is immediately restored according to the plan.

Is there a demo or trial?

We provide a demo/staging environment. We can enable a free trial or credits if it fits your business model. No long-term commitments are required unless you want them.

Where is the data hosted? What about backups?

Hosting is in EU data centers. We keep daily backups and provide data exports upon request. Your data always belongs to you.
