SaaS Application Development (Multi-tenant)

Software as a Service (SaaS)

What is SaaS?

SaaS is cloud-based software that users access through a browser, usually through a subscription, credits or recurring billing model. A multi-tenant SaaS platform allows many customers to use the same application while keeping each customer’s data isolated and secure.

Users can register, choose a plan, pay online and access the service immediately. The platform can then manage renewals, failed payments, permissions, notifications and usage limits automatically.

Who is it for?

  • Startups that need a clean and focused Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  • Businesses that want to turn a service, tool or knowledge product into a subscription-based platform.
  • Organizations with multiple users, roles, branches or customers that need secure access, permissions and data separation.

What you gain

  • Faster go-to-market with an MVP that can evolve after launch.
  • Predictable revenue through subscriptions, renewals, credits or usage-based billing.
  • Scalability through an architecture designed to support more users, customers and features over time.
  • Security and control through roles, permissions, GDPR-aware implementation, backups and monitoring.

Use cases

  • Subscription content platforms: access plans, billing, usage statistics and member areas.
  • Booking and payment platforms: calendars, online payments, receipts, reminders and customer notifications.
  • B2B ordering systems: price lists, stock, customer-specific rules and ERP/WooCommerce integration.

How we work

  1. Discovery: goals, users, workflows, roles, data and integrations.
  2. Design: UX, wireframes, multi-tenant architecture and permissions model.
  3. Development: modules, APIs, integrations, billing logic and testing.
  4. Go-live: deployment, monitoring, backups and rollback planning.
  5. Growth: usage metrics, optimizations and new features based on real use.

DevOps, in plain English

DevOps is the way we release improvements safely without taking the system down. For SaaS platforms, this matters because the product is not a one-off website. It is software that customers rely on.

  • Zero-downtime upgrades where the architecture allows it.
  • Automated tests before releases.
  • Monitoring and alerts to detect problems early.
  • Backups and rollback planning for safer releases.

FAQ

When will I see the first version?

Usually we can prepare a prototype in 2–4 weeks and an MVP in 4–8 weeks, depending on the scope and integrations required.

How much does it cost?

There is an initial development cost and, where needed, a yearly hosting/support cost. We provide a quote after a short discussion about your business needs, scope and technical requirements.

Who owns my data?

You do. We provide data exports, backup policies and GDPR-aware implementation so your business keeps control of its data.

Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through the bank’s secure environment or via Stripe. Card data is not processed or stored on our servers. We can support 3D Secure/SCA and PCI DSS Level 1 through Stripe.

Can I issue invoices or receipts?

Yes. We can implement invoicing and receipt flows, either directly where appropriate or through ERP systems such as PRISMA Win or SoftOne. The setup follows your accountant’s guidance and billing policy.

What happens if a subscription expires or a charge fails?

The platform can send automatic notifications, retry failed payments where supported and apply a grace period when this is part of the subscription model. After payment, access is restored according to the selected plan.

Is there a demo or trial?

We can provide a demo or staging environment. We can also implement free trials, credits or limited-access plans when they fit your business model.

Where is the data hosted? What about backups?

Hosting is provided through European data centers. We keep regular backups and can provide data exports upon request. Your data belongs to your business.

Do you integrate with ERP, CRM or third-party services?

Yes. We implement REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks and connectors for ERP/CRM systems, email/SMS gateways, payment providers and other third-party services so your workflows can be automated.
